Jose was ordering me a battery and followed up with me to inform me it was out of stock. He attempted to source a battery elsewhere and called again to inform me he was unable too. My battery was so swollen and he helped me go online and find a battery for my phone because I can't be without a phone in case of an emergency. He assured me he would be able to put it in before he left for vacation. I called today and he said he would put it in if I came up even though it was pretty late. Now I have my new battery in my phone and I'm good to good. I'd recommend Jose to anyone! He was considerate of my situation and followed up and made sure I got my issue resolved.
