Absolutely the best!!! Loffman manages many of my properties now and I am so thankful I made the switch. My prior property management company came with the typical nightmares: 20% below rents, poor tenant screening, and nickel and dime for everything. Loffman is a family owned and operated company and they REALLY go the extra mile. They are especially great at advertising the properties and tenant screening.
