The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. I really appreciated their compassion and the level of care I received. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit feel even more comfortable. It’s a huge relief to know there’s a place nearby that provides quality care without the long wait of an emergency room. I came and was seen in May and the young lady at the font desk checked me in and out no problems. I came here today seeking medical attention and they had 20 minutes to call me to tell me I apparently had a bill due from last year and when I asked why I was told I didn’t owe anything the woman at the desk today (same young lady next to her) said she doesn’t know and someone might’ve ignored it. They need better training and Piedmont Urgent Care should be more focused on providing medical attention than getting money but i guess it is a business before anything so that should be expected.

Such an amazing experience. From someone that works in customer experience and looks for it everywhere. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with eye contact and smiles. I was seen quickly and efficiently. Nicole and Dr. Van Horn were thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Truly felt cared for and not like a number. Thank you! Highly recommend this location.
