Several visits within last couple years and no negative issues. Super easy check in/out process. Picked up load two days ago and yard was little tight in areas due to extra trailers being dropped but was first time seeing this here so it’s not the norm in our experience. Bathroom is available in receiving office around door 50. Two hours from check in to check out for live load

the are not respected I get by 2 pm wait until 8 pm then I get there told me you need clean your triller there is glass inside I clean it up and there is no glass only nails bent in the triller floor and refused load me again they told clean from glass I told them there is no glass and I know the second time that didn’t check it tried the broker with them then he said I called them you can head back now after that been waiting until 11:30 pm they told me we can’t load you cause there is bent nails I spent whole my day for no load bad service bad company they are didn’t care about you and about your time and your hard work.

Check in at the gate guard: *** overnight parking out side parking lots *** appointment only *** quick loading Yard tigth in the last doors. Vending machines and restrooms at door 50 in shipping & recieve office.

THE WORSE SHIPPER!!! Don’t even think you will have a good luck. They won’t let you check in early and won’t let let stay for over 30min after loading. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Yard is tight and dropped trailers make it worse. 6+hrs for live loads.
