Zero stars. I do not advise anyone to go there. Membership is for one year, and if you want to cancel it earlier because you feel unsafe at the location they will not let you. It's like Mafia behaviour. Absolutely incredible. The gym is overcrowded at almost all times. Bad ventilation, dirty, no curtains at the treadmills against the sun or outside spectators, and often no towels are provided to clean the equipment afterward. This means that all equipment is sweaty and viruses will just cling to it. COVID and other diseases will easily spread there. I had to ask several times for towels. This is YOUR job, not mine! What am I even paying for? There has also been a sweaty shirt in one of the lockers for days now. The locker is open, so staff should be able to see it, but I guess they just don't care, too busy eating their lunch or gossiping. I also feel very uncomfortable there as a female member. I have been asked whether I am finished with equipment by several staff members on many occasions, while I still had my towel on the machine and was standing next to it, stretching. Staff members do not do this to male members who often occupy two machines at the same time. I feel very unsafe and uncomfortable there, like my workout is less important than the one's by male members. If you are one of the gym bros that likes to flaunt like a turkey, checking oneself out in the mirror for two minutes while occupying two or three machines at once. This is the place for you. 🦃 I also do not understand why the cleaning happens during busy opening hours. I almost tripped over the vacuum cable a few times. Like today, it was vacuumed in the main area one hour before closing!!!!! And then the vacuum was left there with the cable all over the floor for twenty minutes without being used. So if you want to workout in an unclean, uncomfortable, overcrowded, smelly and unsafe space without ever being able to cancel your membership, you should definitely go there.

I was in Bordeaux for work, so I only had a 5 month visit to the studio. It was a great wonderful fitness center with polite and helpful staff. They have excellent classes, which is quite enjoyable. Additionally, there are many places to work out there. I therefore highly recommend it.

We first enrolled to this gym back in 2019. We had an ample amount of time to see the day to day operations and changes as the time went by. In the beginning, I must admit I was abit skeptical of the place after a month or so of not being able to find connections to any of the persons working there (I just thought of it as a cultural differences I supposed specially I can barely speaks french). However the gym equipments were great and many machines to choose from which is a plus hence my partner and I decided to stay. A year or so passed, only 2 weeks ago my partner and I decided its time to hire personal trainers to boost us. At first, I was thinking of hiring someone outside the gym that speaks English. However my partner suggested that maybe we should give it a try asking someone at the gym first. Which I'm glad I listened to him! First, we spoke to the guy at the reception which into my surprise speaks English, then we spoke to 2 other gym trainers which one person speaks English and the other speaks Spanish. The conversation went above my expectations. We felt comfortable and specially in my case, I'm more excited as finally I'll be able to speak to someone like a normal person at the gym 😅 It's been more than a week that im training with Remi (my trainer) and my partner with his trainer David. Awesome guys btw! I'm so glad we did try to reached out to them as it changes our perception. We can finally say that we found the right gym for us - Great gym equipments - Clean facilities - Bilingual gym perssonnels - Great people - Very convenient location I hope this review helps other foreign expats like me and locals to get some guidance. You'll never know unless you try right :)

Great gym. They have Rogue bars and plates, crossfit area for dropping the bar and Concept 2 rowerg. Only missing lifting chalc.
