UPDATE: Thank you James for your quick response, I have called your office and booked a new appointment for Tuesday. UPDATE 2: After a bit of a bumpy start I went ahead and hired Hamilton House Painters to do the job. There were a few minor issues but everything got settled and the job was completed to my satisfaction so, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I must point out that James' commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, it deserves to be mentioned and applauded!!
