I had the worst experience at this clinic. No matter what symptoms I described, the doctor simply said everything was fine and that there was nothing he could do. If my body is “normal,” then why am I in pain, and why would I even come to the hospital? He then suddenly stood up and told us to go outside, practically leading us out. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and humiliation.

I called this clinic to book an appointment with a doctor, and was told I couldn’t see anyone because I don’t have a family doctor here — even though I’ve had appointments with other doctors at this clinic before, without any issue. When I asked for a reason, the receptionist simply hung up on me. That kind of rude, unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. I needed medical care, and instead I was treated with zero respect or compassion. If this is the standard of service, it’s honestly shocking that someone like this was even hired.

Dr Kennedy (neurologist) does a good enough job considering her massive workload, but her receptionist is damn near impossible to get in contact with. Only works 3 days a week, and she's either insanely busy or insanely lazy as she's NEVER picked up the phone when I call, and getting a call back takes forever.

I phoned four times this morning and could not get through to speak with anybody or to leave a voicemail. I tried waiting on hold in the que but eventually it would time out, I tried the call back option 2x- I was called back once but when I picked up I was hung up on. Haven't got a call back from 2nd try yet and it's been over an hour. I attempted to access the website 3x and each time a different page opened.
