Before Allie we had used another agent for a few months. We learned a lot beforehand about what we wanted and how we wanted to look at houses (this is important). We went through the process and missed out on a few houses before Allie. We decided to switch agents and Allie had been recommended separately by our lender and a co-worker of mine. We made an offer on the first house she showed us and long story short, the offer was accepted and we closed 21 days after signing the buyer agency agreement with her. We didn't get to have the traditional buyer/agent relationship because the first house we toured with her is our house. She saved us a great deal of money being educated in a program that helped us break our rental lease when buying a home. I don't know how she was able to deal with the two of us because we were so nervous through the whole thing because of missing out on past houses. There were a few bumps along the way, but in the end, we got our house. We are so happy!
