James has been absolutely top tier with his communication throughout the process and always provided as much information as he can. His survey is very thorough along with a great quantity of supporting photography, and follows the RICS template. His Level 3 building survey service is more than just a report though, with a pre-survey meeting to cover what can be ascertained without visiting the property and to know what our specific concerns might be, and extensive follow up support including taking into consideration the reports from the conveyancers searches, as well as having encouraged us to get in touch in future if the problems he has warned us could occur do emerge, so that he can advise on the necessary actions. We shopped around and would thoroughly recommend JNW & Co even without taking into account their prices which are competitive in the area.
