He made her feel awful and made everything very stressful. The younger helpers apologized for him and tried to make her feel better. Terrible experience.

Things were great with Allied to start, but upon unpacking my TV, it was clear that it was completely destroyed due to items being placed in the box with it incorrectly. Of course the insurance I got was the recommended one because why would professional movers break my $700 TV?? So now I'm stuck only getting back $200 for a broken $700 TV because of the insurance that was recommended to me. My fault for being under the impression that they would know better than to place random items unwrapped into a box with a TV screen. I'll accept partial blame for not going deeper on insurance, but considering I went with the recommended assuming they were professionals...I'm just so frustrated. It took 21 days for anyone from claims to get back to me & they also only responded because I bugged them for a response. I'm under the impression they would have just ignored this and hoped I would have forgotten otherwise. Never again.
