The pharmacist Kyle was exceptionally helpful in trying to answer some less than usual questions. He even did research on the subject and called me to let me know his findings. He really went above and beyond to help us however he could. Thank you Kyle. In addition, I don’t know her name but a pharmacy tech was also very helpful. We had some problems with insurance and she worked through it with me.

The pharmacy is good but the rest of the store is extremely understaffed. When I visited the EP store on Columbine this morning, another woman was calling for help at the front register. The pharmacy called twice for a manager up front to no avail. This is not the only time. I frequently need to find someone to check me out because their checkout staff is stocking selves. Unfortunately I am considering moving my prescriptions to a better served store.
