We went to Blue Crescent Urgent Care on a Monday to see if my husband still had double pneumonia. They did a throat swab. The doctor said she would call us with the results on Tuesday even though they were closed (which she said). Tuesday, no call. Wednesday I waited until late morning, still not hearing anything, and called in. The receptionist said she would have someone call me right back. Didn't hear anything into the afternoon so I called in to the nurse's line thinking I could get the results that way, but the receptionist answers that line too. She was very rude and said I'd have to wait for them to call me back. I'm still waiting to hear from them. We ended up going somewhere else on Thursday and found out he did still have pneumonia. I will never go to Blue Crescent again or recommend them to anyone. Shoddy service and care!

I'm happy this place is in the neighborhood. I've been hoping they improve, but I'm generally disappointed with our care. They are very slow and inefficient and often don't care about the patient's experience. I often think it will be faster to go here than a place further away, with potentially longer wait times, but am usually proven wrong. My most recent visit for my daughter, we were the first ones there when they opened at 8. The nurse who came to get us didn't even arrive at the building until 8:35, if that gives you an idea of how long it was taken to be seen... The receptionist is often very rude and acts like your presence is an inconvenience. We'll still use this place on occasion, but I'll really try hard for other locations or really tamp down my expectations when I go.

I appreciate Blue Crescent Urgent Care for their kind and knowledgeable providers. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the clinic is clean and wait times are minimal. Billing is also quick and easy. Great experience all around.

I took my disabled daughter to this clinic. Because she is disabled she doesn’t have a drivers license, credit card, or other common ID. They refused to even look at her, and were completely unhelpful and wholly unsympathetic. They refused to answer my questions about the ID requirement. Refusing care to a disabled person. Appalling.
