For years I had a lot of anxiety around dental appointments. I had a bad experience that left me fearful to go. I needed some work done on a tooth that was giving me discomfort. I initially emailed them and was sent such a kind and understanding reply back from Darlene the receptionist. From that day on I have had only positive interactions with everyone from the dentist to the hygienist and the front staff. My last visit I had zero anxiety about going which is rare for me. I knew I was in the best hands for my dental care. I highly recommend this location especially for anyone who is anxious when it comes to dental visits.

Alliston Village Dental has truly been a blessing. The entire team is supportive and ensures that you are satisfied with the process. Dr. Lam is excellent at his job and is very effective at easing any anxiety while in the chair. Honestly, who enjoys going to the dentist? I do now! Polite and professional. My family has been going here for almost 6 years. Have recommended to friends and family as well. Edit - unfortunately, we stopped going here. Things changed in office and so did the whole atmosphere and the billing apparently, as well. I also had a cavity in my front tooth (black spot - hard to miss)and apparently no one could see it until I pointed it out and asked for it to be fixed. 🤨 even AFTER X-Rays, examining my mouth/teeth and speaking with me. Some family and friends have stopped going as well, due to their own experiences.
