After failing our permit with a bad plumber who did everything wrong and other plumbers who didn't want to get involved, Steve from All-Pro said he was willing to help. He put our permit in his name and sent out two amazing plumbers, Henry and Sheldon, who got straight to work opening our new concrete to replace and add all the incorrect drains and venting. We passed our permit with flying colours and Steve's pricing was more than fair. There are plenty of bad plumbers out there but Steve and his team at All-Pro are the very best at what they do and they do it with kindness. Thank you very much guys!

I had Steve from all pro plumbing over today to fix a stubborn bathtub drain, install a dishwasher and fix a leak under the sink. He arrived first thing in the morning as promised he was friendly, efficient and everything is looking and working great. highly recommend.

The work that was done was exceptional, but I'll think twice about recommending or going back. Steve refused to send me an invoice, relying solely on email, and refused to make an exception when I explained I had no access to a printer. I was told I could go to Staples and print it myself. He then made me meet him in a parking lot to give him the cheque for the remaining payment (straight up this looked like a drug deal) after I offered to send the cheque in the mail. I have never in 43 years encountered an owner with this blatant a lack of professional conduct while hoping to secure a customer relationship. Maybe too many of those 5 star reviews got him a little too big for his britches. Congrats Steve. Probably lost a customer for the sake of licking a stamp and showing a little professionalism
