Alnakheel Premium Fitness (Ladies)

I would give this branch zero stars if I could. Classes are held in the middle of the gym and the music is SO loud, you can’t even hear your own headphones at full volume. When asked to lower the volume, they refuse. What’s even worse is that there’s perfectly good space upstairs where these classes could be held without disturbing everyone, but they choose not to use it. No one expects a quiet gym, but this level of noise is enough to give you epilepsy. I reached out to the gym on Instagram and someone from management actually called me, said she would resolve the issue—then absolutely did nothing. No follow-up. Nothing. Just ignored. The belly dancing trainer literally told me, “I will not lower the volume, go complain on Instagram.” It was clearly said out of spite—like she wanted me to know that no matter how much I complain, nothing will change. Imagine if she’s part of management or owns the gym. God forbid. This behaviour is obviously enabled and overlooked, and your comfort as a paying customer means nothing once they have your membership fee. Uncooperative and rude staff, deafening environment, and management with no accountability. Would not recommend. Save your money, go somewhere else. Also, there is no parking.

Walking into this place feels like I'm stepping into some pretentious ALO gym in LA, complete with the most stuck-up staff imaginable. I dared to ask about offers, and they reacted like I'd just asked the most outrageous, brainless question ever. The attitude from the people here is downright nasty. If you're hoping for a gym that’s welcoming or even remotely friendly, stay far away from this one. Try another Nakheel gym — you'll need all the luck you can get with this mess.

المكان جميل وشرح .المدربات ممتازات .بس للأسف عندما ذهبت مدربتي للأجازه لم يوجد عندهم مدربه بديلة بمستوها الجيد كي تستمر بالتدريب معي .يوجد لديهم نقص بالمدربات .بالإضافه عندما حاولت التواصل مع المسؤولة بعد الإستقبال الذي كان متعاون معي( لم أتلقى أي اهتمام من أي مسوؤل أو تواصل معي حتى بمسج )هذا مع العلم قد دفعت في هذا المكان عن سنتين إشتراك ٥٠٠ دينار بحريني ، و للمدربه عن سنتين تقريبا ٢٠٠٠ دينار تقريبا !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ مما أثار تعجبي !!!!!!
