I am extremely disappointed (disgusted) with my experience at PAN Home. What was meant to be an exciting furniture upgrade turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. I received a full living room set — two sofas and two chairs — all of which were damaged upon delivery. To make matters worse, the marble top of the dining table was broken and glued, and the service table was also delivered broken and glued, as if someone had tried to conceal the damage rather than deliver a quality product. The delivery team handled the furniture carelessly, showing no regard for the items or for my home. I’ve had to replace the damaged furniture not once, not twice, not even three times — but four times. Each time, the replacements were in even worse condition than before. After losing all trust in the process, I requested a refund. I was told I would receive my money within 10 days, and that the furniture would be picked up at the same time. Now, after waiting 8 days, I followed up to confirm the refund timeline, only to be told that the money would only be refunded after the furniture is collected. So I ask: Why is my home being treated as a storage facility for your faulty products? Why should I continue to wait further, beyond the promised timeline, for a refund on items that should never have been delivered in such condition to begin with? This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care. I would not recommend PAN Home to anyone looking for quality service or products.
