James HanleyModifying my previous 5 star rating to 2 stars. Despite finding the cuts excellent, very disappointed to use their new booking system today and 15 minutes before the appointment receiving a pushback text of 40 mins. I was told that someone else was running late, but two things, 1) don't cancel someones appointment 15 mins before the start time, that's just rude. I wasn't running late, the other person was, so why should I have to suffer? 2) their calendar showed the individual now before me with a heart icon, I assume meaning this was a high value / VIP customer. I understand treating your best customers well, but would it have hurt them to have their haircut 40 mins later rather than bump me and ruining my plans? What's the point of an appointment system if you don't respect it yourselves. Disappointing.
