Review: Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service I had an absolute unprofessional experience with this company’s CCTV service. The front team is completely disorganized, constantly saying they will set an appointment but never following up. I’ve been waiting for a proper response for days, yet they still can’t provide an accurate timing or any real commitment. Every time I call, I get the same excuses—“we’ll get back to you,” “we’re scheduling it soon,” or “you can call the technical person in charge” but nothing ever happens.
