It was a wonderful experience at 247 King Dental. The reception was very kind and welcoming. Additionally, Dr Natasha diagnosed and made me understand each and every aspect of my oral health and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. This place is recommended for sure!!!

I did not enjoy my service today - 16th of September 2025 at 247 King Dental, Waterloo. I was basically shouted at, scolded and constantly blamed for not allowing an X-ray instrument that appeared larger than my mouth, into my mouth. I was bruised on my lower gum and on the edge of my lip because this instrument did not fit in my mouth. This instrument was being forced into my mouth and I was almost choking. I was blamed for not allowing the X-ray to be done well and literally asked to leave and I was told that the next time I come back, i would not be attended to nicely like it was done. I do not think I would want to recommend any of my friends and family here again. I think the lady that attended to me was under some form of pressure to close work for the day. I am so disappointed. I was not even meant to complain about the pain to her as she kept talking over my words. I feel so sad on how i was treated and I am crying while writing this. I have never in my life experienced this sort of service.

I recently had a tooth extraction at 247 King Dental , and my experience was much better than I expected. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist explained the whole procedure clearly and answered all my questions, which helped ease my anxiety. During the extraction, I barely felt any pain, just some pressure, and it was over faster than I thought.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was well-maintained. The doctor who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job — very gentle, thorough, and professional. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
