I recently had Alpha Roofing replace my detached garage's flat roof, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Sometimes when calling trades you get poor response time but Mario and Elsy were always very diligent about responding to me. The new roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing it’s backed by a solid 10-year warranty. As an added bonus, they even went above and beyond by offering to fix a couple broken tiles on my main roof at no extra charge. We got out roof replaced in early 2020 and they did a wonderful job. Just this month, we called about a defective shingle which they came out to repair since it was under warranty. They were very easy to work with and stand by their product. The process was not long or drawn out, but streamlined and easy. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
