Prompt. Professional. Personable. Most of all: knowledgeable and experienced. In the best Tennessee tradition--Chad and sons--developed skill hunting with love and respect for wildlife. He was correct in his prediction: efficient and effective delivering on his plan and promised word. No more "Teenage Mutant Ninja" Squirrels folicking in our attic. Absolutely 5 star customer service from this Company. I had major squirrel damage in my attic. They destroyed electrical wires, basically all my insulation, and my attic was the neighborhood squirrel party. I had 3 different companies come quote this, virtually around the same price. I had a 10/10 experience when Chad answered the phone. He told me he could be there same day when the other companies were weeks in advance. Chad stopped by within an hour and told me everything they would need to do in detail and sent me a quote same day. I got a really good feeling from them so I went with Alpha wildlife. They set up squirrel traps and came by frequently but couldn’t get started on the attic for a week or so due to rain. When they came, they had all of their guys climbing on the roof and securing the gutters etc…and spent all day in 100+ heat in the attic without stopping. These guys were so impressive. The looked like they had jumped in a swimming pool with how sweaty they were. They completely fixed everything that day and Chad and I had a great conversation. They redid our insulation as well, and because our home has an HOA they scheduled a pick up of all of their bagged insulation that came that afternoon. These guys are PROs and Chad and crew I could not be happier with. I wasn’t happy about the bill but they earned every dollar spent on this project. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are the best! We had some outlandish quotes for less work from other companies and felt so lost trying to resolve our squirrel problem. I called and Chad picked up the phone and talked me through some info and then came out the next day to assess the issue. He gave a really honest assessment of the problem and provided a super well rounded and fairly priced solution. Spoiler, we needed repairs to our soffits, attic space, all the insulation removed and replaced. Thankfully, Alpha Wildlife and Chad were able to get all of that taken care of. The crew that came were super respectful and not only fixed everything but also cleaned up the mess they made in the process and were super detail oriented. Should we ever find ourselves having a wildlife problem again (fingers crossed its never squirrels) we will definitely be calling Chad up to help us get it taken care of. We had the absolute worst smell from a skunk that sprayed under our home in the crawl space. It was strong and potent and I just happened to google search and clicked on Alpha Wildlife. Chad answered the phone and talked to me about what I thought had happened and in less than an hour was at our home to access what was going on. In less than five minutes he found the point of entry and wrote up a quote to fix the problem. As a matter of fact our home was for sale and we were under contract and he pushed our problem to the front of their line to take care of issue quickly. I could not possibly have found a team of people better than alpha wildlife. Chad was so trust worthy and was completely honest about everything they had to do and cost. He was so amazing with his technical knowledge of skunks. It was easy to see how important integrity was to not just him but his company and team of workers that helped on this project. They were all so kind and informative and love what they do also. I can not express to you enough, that if you are ever have an issue with a skunk or for that matter any other critters that find their way into your living space, call Chad and his team.
