I have been a patient at Alpine Dental for many years and have had wonderful experiences. The staff is wonderful and caring. Dr Bybee is patient and explains everything in great detail, leaving me feeling comfortable and confident in his work. I have been so pleased with the work I have had done, and all of my interactions with the staff. I highly recommend this office to all my family and friends!

Let me just start by noting that the only other person I have known in this town as long as my dentist, Dr. Ferguson is my best friend of 27 years. I bet you can guess who introduced me to Alpine Dental 26 years ago. Yep. I have been with Dr. Ferguson longer than I have been with my wife, longer than I have been with my accountant, longer than I have been with my lawyer, my barber, my mechanic, etc....longer than I have been with just about anyone or anything in Central Oregon. Over all my years coming to his office, I have always appreciated how professional he is and how smiley his staff is. Additionally, many of his staff has been there all the years I have been coming, which speaks volumes about the work environment in my eyes. His team even laughs at my jokes, and as a collector of Dad jokes I can tell you some of them are absolutely terrible! Except "Where did the killer whale go to get his braces?" The orca-dontist. Sorry, you will not convince me otherwise, that one is a keeper! Besides the fact that they humor my hidden desire to be a stand-up comic the other reason I love Alpine Dental is that they care about the work they do. Over the last quarter of a century I have been with Dr. Ferguson, any time I have had a dental emergency (a phrase no one ever enjoys having to say) Alpine Dental has always jumped in to action for me. An old crown falls out the night before a long trip out of state...shazam Dr. F is there on a Sat morning. Crack a tooth eating dinner out one night...blammo Dr. F steps up to work his after hours magic! If you are looking for a dentist for life then I hope this review leads you to the same door I walked through 26 years ago as I know there are some super smiley folks waiting there to check you in! All jokes and Dad puns aside, I will note that the top reason I have been such a loyal patient after all these years is simple...because Dr. Ferguson is a good human, which makes his patients happy ones!

I went to Alpine Dental over the course of 3-4 months for a cleaning and many fillings by Dr. Ferguson and his Dental Assistant, Brenda. Dr. Ferguson and Brenda were both incredibly professional and kind. I had avoided the dentist for years due to my fear of dental work but after one visit, I didn’t dread another appointment (even though I had several more to attend). They both were thorough and gentle and always took the time to check on me to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. They both also had a very comfortable and casual demeanor which allowed me to relax. They would explain the plan for each visit and were very transparent with what they were going to be working on. I also appreciated that they spaced out the fillings so it never felt overwhelming. It was also very easy to make an appointment as they had more availability than I would expect. I told them both they aren’t allowed to ever retire because I finally found a dentist I trust! The whole team at Alpine Dental was outstanding and I have been recommending them to anyone looking for a new dentist. 🦷🪥🤍

Dr. Bybee is incredible! Came just for a new patient evaluation and x-rays and I’ve never had a doctor take the time and explain everything that was wrong with my teeth. Such a breath of fresh air! I went to two dentists and they could never explain what exactly was going on with my teeth. I’m so happy I found Apline dental! Staff is wonderful and big thanks to Dr Bybee.
