I was very impressed by the service at Motorpoint Manchester ...Abdul was very patient with two old codgers realy struggling with our bank accounts ! ... Our new car was beautifully presented and after a test drive, left to our own devices, we bought it. So thanks Abdul we love our electric Corsa!

Prices slightly less than market but make sure what you buy before you buy it. After buying there is no help available, no one gone listen you, if you need any information you won't get it. Specially their manchester branch is scrap. I find staff rude. Booked a car for collection and view, after getting there as I sat it car for test drive notice 3 big big errors on screen making fun of me. 1 central locking system malfunction. 2 parking break error. 3 navigation was not working. I mean other people time is valuable how can you do that. How can you book someone to to collect with three major error. After traveling 100s of mile wasting time what I received sorry. Then again they booked me in old bury branch bought the car and same day on returned realised windscree wiper not working, keys need battery replacement. I went to manchester branch and guy there said its fine that wiper leave more than dosen lines on screen and was OK for them. Guy said mate it's just £10 go get it change. Matter is not £10 i paid them £28000 to avoid problems and after buying £28000 car next day I am looking for batteries and windscreen wipers. Guy said just £10 dose it bother you i said yeh if it bother a big company like then yes it bothers me and showing replay was mate this is not my company I just work for company. I went to Manchester branch 3 times as I bought 3 years warranty, road side assistance, alloy wheel and paint maintenance and I dont know in case I need to call where shell I call . I went there three time and I was promise to email and told We are running out of marketing papers but never received an email. So I still dont k ow where to call if I need. After even three week when I did not received my v5 contacted them and then at the same time when I was on phone received confirmation of registration so what you guys been doing for three weeks waiting for my call ? There Manchester branch is worst ever branch whenever you talk about any other branch oh we dont controle it. Oh I am not the owner of the company. Yeh they will call you 15 times before you buy it. To be honest no help , no support , no information available after you buy from them

Went for car shopping for the first time after my partner passed her driving test 2 days ago We found one we really liked, but hit a snag when we asked to take it for a spin. Apparently, their insurance doesn't cover brand new drivers. Now the issue wasn't the policy itself – we get it – but the salesman, Johan, who told us. He was just a bit rude about it all, which put a real damper! A little bit of kindness and a better explanation would have gone a long way. We'll probably be back to look again because the cars are decent, but we'll definitely be giving Johan a wide berth next time.
