They are a great resource of knowledge and expertise in the industry, and I am very glad they help so many buyers and sellers.

SERHANT. markets itself as a cutting-edge brokerage, but behind the flashy branding and reality TV hype is a company that fails to deliver even the most basic level of professional service. They appear far more focused on their own image and agenda than actually advocating for their clients. We are currently under contract and have made multiple attempts to address serious concerns with our broker of record, as well as escalate them to Paul Bologna, the head of the New York office. All of our outreach has been ignored. This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s a complete abandonment of their fiduciary responsibility. Rather than representing our best interests, SERHANT. pushed hard for us to move forward with deals that suited their goals, not ours. These brokers don’t help you—they work for themselves. It’s the textbook definition of sleazy real estate practices. We strongly recommend avoiding this firm. In our experience, SERHANT. has not demonstrated the integrity, accountability, or client-first mindset that should be standard in the industry. Do not sign contracts with this firm. Negative stars are warranted, but one is the lowest option here.

I have been trying to rent my apartment and the spam is relentless. I even opted out of communications and I am still getting inbound automated emails. I am pretty they are in violation of streeteasy and/or zillow policies.
