I met Juslyne at the 1590 Avenue Rd branch to open a bank account for my daughter and could not have hoped for better. She made the process so easy and answered all our questions. She is definetly an asset to National Bank, what a pleasure to bank with her !!

1 teller at all times. Waited 1 hour to meet with them, asked for my bank draft to be cancelled and refunded. She cancelled it and didn’t refund me my money still. Now I have to drive an hour back to this branch to tell her she didn’t do her job correctly. Unreal.

Always have the worst experience with national bank. The google map shows the bank open till 7:00pm. However, when I arrive at 6:00pm to get the bank drafts, the tellers told me the transaction is closed. It is not my first time facing this issue with NBC. There was one time the branch manager left earlier and no one can sign it. There is another time I arrived and got told that the tellers only works for half day in DT branch.
