I’ve been with DUCA since they acquired Camera Heights Mount Dennis Credit Union which makes me a member for approximately 30 plus years, banking with the Credit Unions. I started using the DUCAs Pickering branch whenever I could not do my transaction over the phone because they’re more conveniently located for me, that’s when my wife and I met, Miss Tashana Johnson for the first time. It was a refreshing change dealing with her for our everyday banking need, over the years she came across as someone who really cares about getting the right solutions when renewals are due to mature, she ensures you get the best possible rates that is available. Tashana has been relocated to DUCA’s Dixie Rd branch. My wife and I still gets her advice on our banking needs and she makes us feel she is there for us. I was with this credit union when it was United Employees Credit Union. They recently changed names to Duca. You are a human with them and not a number. You get professional personal service. They literally saved me from financial ruin. I was able to refinance my home and pay off all my debts. I thought that I was going to have to sell my home and start all over again. But they came to my rescue and saved me. They are a God send. I cannot say enough good things about them.
