Friendly, experienced staff who make sure that as the patient you feel as comfortable as possible. They explain all their recommendations and keep you updated throughout your appointment. They were on schedule, thorough with the cleaning and were transparent with their billing as well. Highly recommend!

They mislead customer! I have called them 3 times before I go for teeth scaling. And they confirmed me it will be between $ 230 to 300 and they will offer me 10% discount. But once they start work, they are keep increasing the time and end up billing me $340. And there was no discount. And they said I need another session which will cost me $140. And there was a x-ray incident. I had my old x-ray which I have informed them earlier but doctor still did a x-ray which they have billed $175 but then they waived it as they didn't inform me about it earlier. Please make sure you make a clear communication with them.

I’ve been going to LG dental for 5 years now and I can only say positive in general for the experience I have so far.. There was maybe a hygienist one time where I wasn’t so happy with the result, but most hygienist I had with them so far is great. Currently, I’m seeing Hoda, and she’s the best. I’m always happy with the result after I have my cleaning with her..

UPDATE - Ive been coming to LG Dental for a ehile now, and I can confidently say they are THE BEST dental office I've ever been to. Im a big baby, and used to be scared to go to the dentist. I can 100% say i cant even feel tge freezing needle when im at LG. I actually look forward to going because everyone there is SO nice!!! --- ORIGINAL POST: First time at LG Dental. Had a fabulous cleaning and exam. Highly recommend. Everyone was SO nice!!!! I already called my mom and told her to switch dentists!
