I used to take my kids there for few years but since the Canadain dental plan start so I thought I can book for my self and husband. I had booked in morning time, and its flu season we all got sick in morning I called to request for other day having bad throat itchy but the Chinese receptionist was very rude said its short notice you call just go find other dentist dont book here again, :/ I am like wow really so cant be sick its not specialist Dr or even though it says in every clinic every where if you have symptoms of coughing fever please let us know or rebook your appointment. This time im really disappointed with this receptionist very rude mean . I won't take my kids anymore . This is very unprofessional so I recommend any one even have covid bad flu don't miss your appointment they dont mind take your germs there, or else clinic will totally close your file will tell you find other dental ....wow first time such harsh tone Rude behaviours But the doctors are very nice friendly 🙂 just the Chinese receptionist :(

Wonderful dental clinic. I highly recommend them. They are fairly priced and never push services that are unnecessary. My kids love it here and it's a fraction of the cost when you compare to a children's dental clinic. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
