We celebrated our 19th Anniversary at one of our favourite restaurants, and it's probably the one with the best harbour iconic views in Sydney overviewing both Opera house and Harbour bridge. We celebrate our special occasions here every year, the main reason is their food is so creative, innovative and delicious every time we come back. Plus, most importantly all staff are so attentive and helpful. Today's staff Ruffa gave us a wonderful customer experience with her outstanding service, we were sitting next to the window that makes everything wonderful and ended with a special Anniversary sweets. Went for $109 - 2 courses dining. I had grilled cod for main and scorched beef for entree. The cod was average. The beef was nice. My friend ordered the duck for entree and wagyu beef steak for main. I tried both and they were delicious. We had couple of side dishes. One of them was hand cut potato. It was soggy, oily and under seasoned. It was one of the worse potato chips I’ve ever eaten. We had 2 bottle of wine from their huge selection. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Ambiance was nice with city harbour view and vivid light.

Dined solo and was spoilt beyond belief by the fabulous Ruffa and Daniel. Also afforded the best view in Sydney and not relegated to the back/worst seat in the restaurant as can so often happen when dining alone. This experience is what makes dining solo so special, you focus on the food, wine and of course the view! Thanks for one of the best dining experiences of my life and give these staff a raise!

Me and my girlfriends had an exceptional experience at The Altitude! A huge thank you to Ruffa for making our celebration truly special. She accommodated our request for a window seat, offering breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. To make my birthday lunch even more memorable, Ruffa surprised us with a delicious caramel-flavored macaron (as pictured) Shangri-La remains my top choice for special occasions, consistently delivering outstanding food and drinks. We savored the lamb, striploin, and barramundi during our à la carte lunch. Although we missed out on oysters due to availability, I hope they'll ensure a steady supply of these in the future. Overall, it was a lovely lunch experience!
