Nevin XDont use manitoulin even if you weigh whatever you are sending 55 times and each time it comes out to the same weight then you then give it to them they confirm the weight with you too, then every single time without fail after they have confirmed the weight for the 57th time cause we weighed it 55 previous times they will charge you for that weight but then 2 days later they call you and threaten you that somehow they weighed it now and on the 58th time its now 5-10 lbs over all the 57 previous weighs and if you dont pay $40-50 extra they are going to hold your parcel hostage, will be reporting to the BBB

They took over 2 months to finally send me a cheque for $1100. And they tell me to understand there position.... really? That's not how you treat customers when there is a lot of competition out there.
