His rate was fair considering the work that needed to be done and he has the equipment, expertise and man power to do a job that exceeded my expectations!! His crew was easy to get along with and quite frankly, worked their butts off! I’ll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves

Miguel and his team did a fantastic job with our project. They constructed a beautiful stone retaining wall along our driveway and tied it into two tiered stone walls on our front hill creating garden beds. They also installed a paver walkway in front of the beds to the curb/street. Everything looks amazing and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. Miguel accommodated our timeline for when we wanted to complete the project and the whole team was very professional. They left the site clean and tidy every day. The project/results was exactly what we were looking for and at a very competitive price.

From the beginning, Miguel came out quickly to see what I was thinking of doing, gave me great ideas on the design of our patio I hadn't even thought of, and then got the estimate to us within 36 hours. Miguel and his team did an absolutely fantastic job in renovating the patio of our DC row house. The stone pavers were impeccably installed, the lighting is beautiful and perimeter well secured from DC rats. Miguel was very responsive to all our needs and was easy to communicate with. Work was done for a fair price. Highly recommend Alves construction.
