I can't say enough good things about puppy charm! We left our rescue dog, Banksy, with them for 12 days while we were on vacation, and the experience was amazing. She is usually shy and scared but got used to them right away. The daily updates were such a comfort that made us feel connected even while we were far away, they included adorable pictures of her making new friends and having fun. It was clear she was well cared for and having a great time.The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and so dedicated. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and treat every dog like their own. We will absolutely trust them with Banksy again in the future. Thank you for the amazing care and service! Highly recommended!

Our dog Helen boarded for a week at the beginning of July. She had such a great time meeting all the dogs and caregivers. It was wonderful to be able to check the story on Instagram and see what she had been up to every day. There were even more great pictures on her portal site. Every day she had fun with all the activities. It’s nice to know there’s a place she can go to stay and we don’t have to worry about the care she receives.

I am pleasantly surprised how well my 5 month old german shepherd is taken care of by everyone. He's happy when I pick him up and very excited going. Thank you for the passion you all have for dogs, its telling.
