I came in with a splitting headache that usually stems from tension in my upper back and neck muscles. Susan worked absolute wonders. During the massage, I could feel the tension releasing, and by the end, my migraine was almost entirely gone, it truly felt like a miracle. Not only did the pain ease, but I was able to continue with my day instead of having it ruined by the headache. Susan has a gift, and I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with similar issues. She is now my go-to therapist, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I have a regular RMT back in Scarborough but I since moved, looking for a closer option. I found Helen at Trusted Caring Massage on Google and the 5 star reviews didn't disappoint. Helen received me right away as I was just in time for my appointment and she got started working on my stiff shoulder. She found the tight knots on my one side and worked VERY hard to get them out. It was a painful massage but in a good way, I knew I'd feel great afterward. During the massage Helen made sure she was using enough pressure and was within my pain tolerance. After the massage I could rotate my head fully to the left with very little restriction when I could prior to the massage. I look forward to coming back to this clinic again with my girlfriend for a couple's massage. Thanks again Helen!

Helen is a consummate professional and a very skilled RMT. I have gone for both deep tissue relaxation massage and massages for targeted pain relief. Each time I leave feeling refreshed and have found almost immediate pain relief. She is diligent to check appropriate consent, pressure levels, and any other considerations to give an effective massage.
