This property manager is great! Our primary contact, Max, has been a joy to work with. We had just moved to Nashville so he not only gave us a thorough tour of the residence, but also spent quite a bit of time helping us get acquainted with Bellevue. We had a few things break on us such as the microwave, and maintenance was able to fix them in a day or two. We felt that if there was ever an issue, we could rely on them to get it taken care of.

Great small community where everyone is considerate of each other. Maintenance keeps Brentwood square in tip top shape (always mowed, buildings clean and taken care of, leaves blown, plants trimmed, etc) Brad the property manager is very helpful and cares about your needs. Would recommend this place!
