This hotel is 10/10. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of fun stuff to do at the hotel and near it. Basically, the location is great! The beach view is spectacular and relaxing. Their breakfast menu was excellent with a variety of options like Japanese, Chinese, Singaporean, Indian cuisine and a lot more. My family had a great and memorable time and will definitely stay again(longer).

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. The food was consistently excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprises—the cake, wine, and flowers were a beautiful touch. Having stayed at Shangri-La properties from the Philippines to Singapore, we are always impressed by the high standard of service.

Dear Management Team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, I am writing to share my feedback following a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at your resort. We had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed the relaxing beachfront atmosphere. I would like to especially highlight two members of your team who made our stay exceptional: Jennifer Chung: Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness were truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Zul (Lifeguard): We really appreciated Zul’s friendly and approachable demeanor at the pool. It’s reassuring to see a safety professional who is not only vigilant but also so welcoming to guests. Both Jennifer and Zul are a credit to the Shangri-La brand. Please ensure this praise is shared with them and their respective department heads. Other highlights of our stay included: The excellent breakfast spread and variety at Silver Shell Cafe. The well-maintained pool facilities and the seamless beach access. The overall "island escape" vibe that made our short getaway feel much longer. Thank you for the great hospitality. Firstly, service here is top notch! It's always pleasant and welcoming, from Kathleen Grace of Front Office, Tara of Business Lounge, Leo of Pool Activities and every staff throughout our stay. Rasa Sentosa has always been our choice resort on Sentosa for its service, food quality, private beach & its activities though we couldn't be near the beach this time due to sightings of crocodile :( Resort is perfectly located at the end of Siloso beach, close to the cable car, tram and buses, thou the resort has shuttle across to the mainland too. The rooms have been refurbished and I miss the louver windows (maybe just me) thou its replaced with very thick blackout curtains. Appreciated some of the eco initiatives such as aircon in the room shutting off when balcony doors are opened and turns it on when door's shut. And among the comprehensive provision of toiletries, the good size toothpaste is packed separately from the toothbrush which was also a good size one...no waste of another toothbrush just to get to another tiny tube of toothpaste. Room is well equipped with sufficient international power points, plentiful of drinking water and coffee & tea supplies, beach slippers and even a pretty tote bag. The water & ice dispenser in the corridor of every floor is godsend in this tropical resort. Unfortunately, our sleep wasn't great. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable. Sheets rustled "noisily" when tugged. Also, TV resolution and bluetooth speaker on the side table were so terrible that they instantly make the resort felt cheap :( Hope to return soon to a better experience.
