This hotel is 10/10. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of fun stuff to do at the hotel and near it. Basically, the location is great! The beach view is spectacular and relaxing. Their breakfast menu was excellent with a variety of options like Japanese, Chinese, Singaporean, Indian cuisine and a lot more. My family had a great and memorable time and will definitely stay again(longer).
We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. The food was consistently excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprises—the cake, wine, and flowers were a beautiful touch. Having stayed at Shangri-La properties from the Philippines to Singapore, we are always impressed by the high standard of service.

She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Zul (Lifeguard): We really appreciated Zul’s friendly and approachable demeanor at the pool. It’s reassuring to see a safety professional who is not only vigilant but also so welcoming to guests. Both Jennifer and Zul are a credit to the Shangri-La brand. Please ensure this praise is shared with them and their respective department heads. Other highlights of our stay included: The excellent breakfast spread and variety at Silver Shell Cafe. The well-maintained pool facilities and the seamless beach access. The overall "island escape" vibe that made our short getaway feel much longer. Thank you for the great hospitality.
