Customer experiences
I would really like to thank Dr Sweetman and her staff for their support when my bearded dragons Mama and Lucy passed away. They sent me a nice card which meant a lot to me. They always take great care of my bearded dragons.
I had an emergency with my cornsnake, Peach, after she was bitten by a cat. The clinic was able to squeeze us in the same day, even though they had a full schedule - and I’m so grateful they did. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, even when Peach decided to wedge herself inside a furniture fixture mid-exam. They handled her so gently, took the time to explain everything clearly, and showed me how to give her injections at home. I was bracing for a hefty bill (exotic care can be pricey), but was genuinely relieved when the total came in under $300. The follow-up was just as thoughtful and supportive. Thank you so much to everyone there for taking such amazing care of Peach. She’s healing well, back to her curious self, and I couldn't have asked for a better team in a stressful moment.
Dr. Kate is amazing! Such a wonderful vet she really takes after her father. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else
I came here with my husband in August with my old boy Leonardo, who had been suffering for too long with IBD. I had meant to post this sooner, as this clinic was amazing with us in helping our old man go easily. My mother worked in a clinic for my entire life, and I have seen euthanasia many times before. I was hopeful that this clinic taking me in as a new client would be empathetic and caring for this hard decision. They exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was so kind, knew my boys name right when we walked in, and allowed us to sit in the room with him as we waited for the vet. She was so gentle and kind with him, and she along with other staff checked in on us frequently to see if we were all okay. The vet was very kind and gentle, along with the other staff. I held my tears, but they brought tissues for my husband, which was so incredibly kind. When Leo finally went to rest, the vet staff were also very sad. It may sound strange, but to see such empathy shown to a kitty that they just met made my heart whole, and I finally cried. They were all so heartfelt with Leo, like they knew him for years. I will never forget how wonderful they were, especially given my previous visits to other vets that had gone horrible with my old man. They gave us time alone to process, and we were charged an appropriate amount when we were ready. The same receptionist that brought us in showed the same empathy for us, and the staff brought us some of his beautifully patterned fur for us to treasure at our request. A couple of days later, I received a card in the mail from this clinic. I bawled my eyes out when I saw they sent us a condolence card signed by all the staff. They went above and beyond and ensured not only a client for life, but my trust in vet clinics once again. Any time I need my babies checked, be sure I will bring them here no matter what. Truly one of the most sentimental experiences I have ever had, and I am so thankful that my first baby had the most loving staff to help him over the rainbow bridge. Thank you guys so much once again, you are all heroes <3
