I do not have something to give negative. The worst furniture company. Every furniture of ours is having issues or broken. They charge premium but give very inferior products. We are just wasting our time in following up / complain/ resulation process. Very bad .....

Homebox online shopping is scam and post service is even more pathetic the callers are trained to keep on postponing the issues and not handling the issues professionally. Sadly we are also fallen for poor quality product and poor services from "Home Box". Daybed bought it's just almost two months old and it's already collapsing. Unprofessional Installation guys have made mistakes which made it more dangerous for the kids in my house as the it already started to unscrew by itself and sharp edges are exposed which makes dangerous. So "Home Box" kindly listen to your customer they pay you hard earned money to buy your products and you play around with their emotions and after sales calls are literally mentally harrasment. Shame on "Home Box" images taken by "Home Box" inspector are uploaded in this review to make Customer awareness.

The worst service EVER!! I have purchased an item and the deivery was very late !! The customer services are very weak ! The delievery team came throw the items without fitting it as they said " we dont have the tools , you go fit it ! "
