Dr Neena Ghose is hands down one of best doctors I’ve worked with. She is very thorough, efficient, caring, and knowledgeable. I have confidence in everything she suggests and advises. Thanks for always being supportive and helpful to my overall health journey

I had truly exceptional care at this clinic. Dr Baker and the whole staff treated me with so much warmth, patience, kindness and respect. It truly made me emotional after years of medical care from providers who felt like they just didn’t care. I felt like my overall health and humanity truly mattered to them. I immediately texted all of my friends to try to get them in to see Dr Baker and her staff.

Some of the worst patient care I have ever experienced. Had an appointment in office on 4/11. Realized on 4/12 I was out of refills on one of my prescriptions - you would think this would have been flagged at my appointment the day prior that I was out of refills. I called to have it filled as I was leaving the following day to go out of town for a week. Nurse said it would take 24-72 hours for a refill even though I was out of medication, leaving for a week, and this was not a prescription that can be stopped abruptly. No sympathy, just said she would mark it “high priority”. Called again this morning, 4/15, as it was still not refilled and I am leaving this afternoon for an international trip (I am a flight attendant). Same explanation of 24-72 hours for a refill. I told her I was dizzy from abruptly discontinuing my medication, and she told me she would transfer me to a nurse who would “probably tell me to go to the ER for my dizziness.” All I needed was a refill. I finally spoke to someone who was able to expedite my refill after calling back several times. I will be switching doctors. I was crying on the phone and the woman on the other line had zero sympathy whatsoever - just “24-72 hours for a refill”. It’s unfortunate, because Dr. Ly has been a good doctor, but their policies and staff left me hanging.

Julie Johnson has the worst attitude I've ever encountered from a doctor. She is incompetent, a liar and insensitive to her patients' needs. I've waited months for a referral to a pain doctor. It was only after I reported her to Patient Relations that I received a referral. If you are looking for a real doctor, don't choose Julie Johnson! The staff, however, are a lot more courteous and accommodating.
