I never write any review except this time, I have 3 orders from USA Furniture online within 7 month. Every order ship out really fast 8 days from the day I placed my order I live on east coast USA Furniture on West coast. My order arrived in excellent condition, for the sofa set with wood trim they crated, it took us 30 minutes to uncrate, really well packing. I recommend to all buyer and hope you can get the service as I do.

Scam - Stay away Put an order for over $13500 and was told delivery will be after 10 business days. It has been over 26 business days and I am still with out furniture and they want me to wait another 9 business days. Their website clearly states that shipmen is within 3 to 10 business days. When I questioned, Tom the sales person said that I can put a dispute with my credit card and but they won't refund me anything. After several phone calls, they said they will withhold 25% of the purchase amount as a restocking fee. This is ridiculous, they want to charge me restocking fee when they don't even have the items. Here is the latest reply I got from them: "First I am apologies for delay but something not our control We really honest with you about quality of merchandise you ordered and our policy to inspect all items before ship If we don't tell you what issue on product then you will not know after repair but that is not our policy. Please understand: We received confirmation date by the the manufacturer and manufacturer got that info from shipping company if shipping company can not arrive on time then all of us can not do any thing, I know you really need it now We will ship them out on next week 100% sure Or If you want to cancel your order then we will process as your requested. There are 25% restocking fee will apply (that is our policy) same as us we also pay restocking fee for manufacturer ( not only you ) Again we don't want to delay any thing we all rely to shipping company when merchandise on their vessels" DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL GET BURNED.
