WOW!!!! I needed help navigating the complex world of EIDL loan processing through the SBA. The folks at the SBA try the best they can, but when you try to do all of this on your own you tend to get form letters in reply, and sometimes the information is inconsistent. If you submit something incorrectly it can be weeks before you know that you've made a mistake. I felt that I needed help. While it is too soon to know if my application will be successful it was obvious from the start that my ACC rep had helped process many of these applications and was able to walk me through the process step by step by step, always double checking my work. Without help I think I would have simply given up. At least now I know that I've made an effort to secure the help that I qualify for. I recommend ACC.
