I have used the services of American Electrical Contracting several times and have been very pleased. Yesterday, Kyle and Alberto, on their first visit to me, solved a long lasting mystery of an outdoor porch light which did not function. Booking the appointment was simple, and Kyle called about 30 minutes before their arrival. He and Alberto both were polite, professional and efficient. Kyle, with his obvious electrical experience, diagnosed and fixed the porch light problem methodically and quickly. I am an appreciative and satisfied customer.

James P. at American Electrical Contracting is the best. He keeps you informed at all times about his arrival. He is fast and efficient. Also polite and caring. He installed awesome looking LED lighting in my glass door kitchen cabinets as well as tricky overhead lighting over my stovetop and I would only do business with American Electrical Contracting. They are pros at navigating older homes with multiple electrical panels and complex wiring.

The entire company has top notch customer service and communication skills. Ryan, from the beginning with estimates, scheduling, and management. And the techs, Tristian and Kield, were so professional and did excellent work. Hard job with lift install and both lights were perfectly installed. We highly recommend with 5 stars.

We have consistently received the absolute best service and care from American Electric. We have used this them for both urgent needs and elective work and every time the service exceeds expectations. They are prompt, they are honest and extremely professional. Today we had a Tesla wall charger installed that we knew wasn’t going to be as straight forward so we of course consulted American Electric for this job and per usual received great service. There are a few people we need to thank here. First, Matt and Jesse who came by today, thank you guys for being accommodating and getting to work while I got one kid on the school bus and another quick dropped off down the road. Matt was transparent and provided options and explained everything involved with each option and didn’t push us one way or the other. Josh and Travis, I’m severely overdue thanking you both for the work you did in helping us identify a 2 year long problem that multiple other electricians couldn’t fix properly. It’s probably thanks to you both that we keep coming back to American Electric for all of our electrical needs. Quality work, respectful staff, and honest. We can’t recommend this company enough.
