We recently had our son confined at Al Zahra Hospital in Dubai due to a chest infection, which was later diagnosed as Influenza A. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional care and professionalism during our 3-day stay. Special thanks to the incredible pediatric nurses—Manjun, John, Fealyn, Helan, Chiathra, Soumya, Blessy—and their manager, Wannur Salih. Their attentiveness, skill, and genuine care made all the difference. They were always on time, responsive to our needs, and quick to address every request, no matter how small. You guys rock! ✨ We’d also like to sincerely thank Dr. Habib, whose expertise and dedication reassured us throughout our stay. His thorough explanations and compassionate approach truly stood out. A special mention as well to Chetana from the food service delivery team, who was always so kind and respectful. ❤️ We deeply appreciate the pediatric doctors, the food service team, the housekeeping staff, and our client relations representative, Raoua, who frequently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and informed. Our experience was seamless and worry-free, and we are deeply grateful for the compassionate and efficient care provided. This hospital was incredible. My son was put through in emergency immediately and received excellent care for assessment, surgery and after care. We are from Australia and the care in Dubai was incredible in comparison. The ammenities were perfect and the nursing staff were so kind and attentive. My son has recovered beautifully. The food was also excellent. We are so grateful. Thank you

Dr. Ahmad consistently demonstrates attentiveness, warmth, and a genuine concern for our well-being, both for myself and my husband. He takes the time to carefully listen to our concerns, making it easy to communicate openly with him. Furthermore, he is diligent in recommending the most suitable specialists whenever necessary, ensuring we receive the best possible care. Nurse Joan is equally remarkable, always greeting us with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanour. Her ability to remember us adds a personal touch to our interactions, making us feel valued and cared for. Together, they make an outstanding team, and their dedication to their patients is truly commendable.
