My partner and I went for a facial. it was our first time. we enjoyed the experience, very clean and comfortable. We had the privilege of working with Becca, so professional and provided a thorough assessment on our skin, she provided high level of expertise. Becca listened to our concerns and what our overall goal was within our treatment. Becca was able to deliver the best experience. I am scheduled to go back again. I had been going to Aro Med Spa weekly for skin tightening treatments and always had a great experience with Mia. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always took the time to explain everything to me, including pricing details for a small area of skin scarring. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning after witnessing the owner’s behavior. The owner was rude and demeaning to the staff, particularly Mia, in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable to watch and made me feel uneasy about continuing my treatments there. While Mia is amazing, the toxic environment created by the owner is just not worth it. I’ll be seeking out another place for my skin care needs.

Such a great Med Spa with awesome, professional and respectful staff! ❤️ They are very attentive to what your skincare needs and utilize cutting edge technology through imaging that takes a closer look at your skin and what’s best for your individual needs, which I have not seen before. The LHR machine, as well as Prieme machine has helped my skin tremendously already! Looking forward to getting more done and utilizing their other machines.
