We had an incredible experience with “Adam” from American Pest Services. He was approachable, detailed in his explanations, and thorough in his inspection. Unlike the two other pest services we consulted, Adam identified an area that had been punctured by another pest service, which they had claimed was infested with rodents. The other company insisted on a professional cleaning to eliminate the infestation. Adam, however, reassured us that the situation did not warrant a complete rodent cleanup. He explained that most people are unfamiliar with their attic or crawl space conditions. His honesty was both refreshing and reassuring. American Pest Services will be our first choice if we face this issue again. Thank you for your integrity and exceptional service, which are rare in businesses today.

We have utilized American Pest Services for regular service since we purchased our home several years ago. The technician Adam has been friendly, thorough and proactive sealing up openings as needed. They have been reliable throughout the years.

We have used american crawl and pest a couple times in the past years and been very satisfied with the quality of their work and value we got. Most recently we needed their help with rodent cleanup and control and help from another firm in our attic. American crawl was super flexible and cooperative in merging their work with the other company. It made our project much less stressful and more successful.
