American Roofing replaced my roof 12/2024, it was due to rain they did it anyway, lots of water leaked into attic, entire ceiling in home got wet. They sent a guy to our home who did a mold reading in our home and said we shouldn't have any issues with mold in attic even though he never went up there, so I knew they tried to pull a fast one, I couldn't believe they tried this so forced them to hire a mold mitigation company who found wet blown insulation everywhere and mold from the water. Told them to replace damaged insulation and have mold removed, took two months to get them to do this. They also sent in a crew who knew very little about painting and their job was to paint the ceilings which were wet everywhere, they didn't mask off anything and used the wrong color so had to come back but were so sloppy as heck' I asked them to leave. Initially the roofing company wanted to paint only the spots that were wet and said it should blend in, I said the paint is 10 years old you are not going to do that. Dishonesty is huge at this company from our experience and unusual business practice, they started contacting our insurance company and were told by my insurance company they needed to work thru me but they did some things that are unusual which I won't list here. If you saw our yard you would vomit, there were shingles everywhere, our lawn looked like a junkyard, they are the messiest company I have ever worked with. I attached several photos. This company should not be in business and everyone should stay clear of them. We live in an upscale neighborhood and all neighbors were taken back by the overall work ethic by American Roofing, morals are absent for sure.
ARC is one of the best companies for your roofs. We needed some help with our roof and we knew exactly where to go! The customer service there is outstanding and Ashley Reece is the one who helped us and she was VERY helpful employee and as sweet as she can be! I couldn’t recommend them more!
