We’ve taken our German Shepherd to American School of Dog Grooming twice now. Both times she was well groomed and ready when promised. The people in the store are always professional and polite. We will continue to use their services.

I usually bring my babies here and have for a few years now. I usually have a pretty normal experience but today was not that day.. It would be helpful to not allow so many people make an appointment in one day. Today I dropped my fur babies off at 9 am and 6 hours later they hadn't even been touched and were still in a crate/cage, anxious and scream barking and crying (all 3 of them). The owner rudely told me "sorry, there were 17 dogs in front of yours". I made a complaint about his misinformation and rudeness and was told that is just how he just is sometimes... They finally finished at 4pm. The original price was 140, they asked me for 145 and then asked me if I was going to leave a tip! Ill give grace that maybe it was a bad day but there is no reason my babies should have sat in a crate/ cage for 6 hours before even being touched. No apology, no offer of discount for inconvenience and misinformation and then asked if I want to leave a tip?! As a reoccurring customer I was super upset when I left! As I said I have been coming for years and they always do a pretty good job and I have no complaints. Today was not that day, their customer service definitely let me down today.

Tried this place for the first time with my almost 10 year old Maltese papillon mix, and I’m soooo soo happy I did! Came in to music playing in the back and what seemed like a great chill environment and front desk person was very nice. Dropped him off at 9am and he was done around 2pm. I live far away and they were able to watch him until I got back up there with no problem! He’s been going to the same groomer for roughly 7-8 years, but always comes home with cuts on him and is anxious/scared to return each time. With this dog grooming school, he came home happier than ever and looks great! I will absolutely be coming back with my baby boy from here on out!

It was my first time bringing my Zarah. My son brings his pet Yorkie Teddy all time, I’m glad I brought my Zarah, will be bringing her back again. She has been so happy since receiving her bathe, grooming. I highly recommend great service.
