Horrible Horrible service! agent doesn't know what he talking about! was trying to contact Delta and went goggle search! due to my reservation are getting canceled with the online app! American Travel number pop out and not knowing that number is not DELTA's and dialed it, agent answered and assisted me to get the flight days I wanted and happen to be. Korean air have available flights for the same days. I ask if Korean air honors Military Privilege's because I have a third check in luggage and Military get 5 check in luggage's for free up to 80 lbs. of weight. agent guaranteed me that Korean Air honors Military privileges and also added that I will get my miles transferred to my Delta account. because its partner with Delta! plane ticket price 1700 and I paid 2200 for extra charges booking the flight with this company. but in my head its all worth it as long as my 3rd luggage will be check in for free.! even though I know extra luggage is only 250. I just went with it thinking all good save me the hustle of calling Delta and trying to rebook my canceled booking. now 1 week before my flight I called Korean air to see if they Honor Military Privileges and found out they don't! Agent from this company straight up lied to me or doesn't know how to do his job!? not only I just paid 500 extra dollars for this flight now I have to pay 250 extra Dollars for my extra luggage ! I should have just called Delta or any other American Airline company and I would have save a headache! lesson learned. why go trough a Third party and pay extra 30% of the plain ticket when you can go call the Airline company directly. pls don't be like and save your money and don't use third party company to book your flights! save your money and spend it somewhere else! will never ever ever book with a third party you guys suck!!!!!!!!!
