More facilities should follow their example! Check in starts at 0600. Scan QR code and fill out information online, once appointment is confirmed, you’re assigned a dock door with further instructions (by 0625 I was at a dock waiting to break seal). They have about 10 spaces to the left of security station, gates open at 0500. No overnight parking (4701 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18104) Old Sears and now Planet Fitness location 10 min east). Plenty of room for maneuvering and easy docks to back into, SWIFT! Full truck load unloading times varies—Ya’ll know. Clean restrooms, small AC room with vending machines and a microwave. Furniture could be better, but not inviting. Once they’re done walk to office to get paperwork signed.

First time here. Delivery. Check in from Snowdrift road. When you pull in, go left and find a parking spot. Walk over to check-in area. Have your appointment # ready. I was in and out in 1.5hrs. Full truck load...frozen. No overnight but there are a few truck stops around and some guys were parked on the streets nearby.

2 hours of waiting after checking in. Pro tip! After you checked in through the App don't wait to long to get a dock go inside and check with them physically as the system is not perfect. There is a 2 more parking spots down on the left when you get to the facility as at the front usually full in the morning. No over night parking and they can check you in only 2 hours before your appointment time. If you late there's a late fee of 200$

Pretty good for me. Came 2:30pm for 3pm appointment, got the door at 3pm and loaded at 4:45pm. Keep under 2 hours and everyone will be happy.
