Lovely cute nursery we found on Gloria Switch. Nice young man helped my daughter and her girls pick out a delightful group of flowers for their first flower garden. The young lady inside was full of information. We are so glad we stopped and it's our new plant place.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided Ameriscape Lawn and Landscape. The employees have been consistently unprofessional during phone conversations, making it difficult to communicate concerns effectively. When they serviced my yard, the job was rushed and incomplete, leaving high grass in several areas. Additionally, they damaged my light fixtures but never offered any compensation, credit, or attempt to replace them. The final straw was when they began coming on random days without notice during the rainy summer (understandable), making it impossible for me to secure my pet. Despite multiple calls to address my concerns, nothing was ever done. One particular employee, the hippie lady, was especially rude and dismissive, telling me to "just pay your bill" instead of addressing the issues I raised. The only professional person I encountered (was) the manager, Mike. I see why the employees act the way they do. If he had a more competent staff that valued customer service, I might have continued using their services. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far from acceptable. I am committed to keeping this conversation professional. Engaging in back-and-forth exchanges with a customer shows how unprofessional you run your business. If my account was indeed going to collections, I would appreciate it if you could provide proof. A $90.00 bill is laughable. The payment was overlooked, and as soon as it was brought to my attention, it was promptly paid. Lastly, I must address the text message you sent, threatening to reinstate my contract and charge fees if I did not remove my honest review. I want to make it clear that the review reflects my genuine dissatisfaction with your service, and I stand by it.

My friend and I stopped by on Saturday just to see what they had and we were very impressed with the selection and quality of plants and anything that you may need for their care. The gentleman there was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It is great to have a full service nursery on our side of town. I will gladly shop here from now on.
