Brittany, Lisa, and Daphne added a human element that was so pleasant and helpful - even though we never met face-to-face. I’m giving one stars we have been here a year and STILL waiting for things to be repaired and or fixed. I feel like it’s a full time job having to email and call the office on a regular basis. But I will give 10 stars to the guys at Tristate their work is OUTSTANDING. DO NOT rent from them!! They start something and then don’t finish! I was told if someone falls and gets hurt we have the right to sue!!! We have every email and text from the last 10 months of trying to get someone here to fix the floor and a BUNCH of other things!!

The rental process was quick and easy. HALEY(leasing agent) was just stellar!!! I had a couple questions and she walked us through it. Her customer service skills are outstanding!! Thank you Haley!! The communication and service I have received from my local property management team has been phenomenal. Diane was instrumental in making our move-in day successful. I really appreciated her communication and follow through. Lauren was quick to respond to my questions about submitting a maintenance request and ensure that We are well taken care of as tenants. The team that services North Aurora is exceptional!
